Better money in college than as to WNBA draft pick...

Hey guys, it's April 3rd, 2025. Welcome to the Daily Dose to talk about women's college basketball and going pro or transferring portal. Anyway, here's the story. Olivia Miles, star player for Notre Dame, is eligible to go to the WNBA draft, where she's projected to be the number two pick in the draft. She's not going to the WNBA. So, you say, okay, she's staying at Notre Dame. No, she's not staying at Notre Dame, either. She's going to the transfer portal. So, the three options she had: be the number two pick, yes, number two pick overall in the WNBA draft; stay at Notre Dame and whatever NIL resources are there; or transfer. And she's chosen the third.
