The intersection of sports and betting, now commonplace after decades of it being illegal, brought a bombshell this week with an FBI investigation dimming the opening of the NBA season. I have a lot of thoughts.
My worlds also collided this week with a college signing a professional basketball player. Sean Payton and Russell Wilson have a beef; there is actually a true “buyout” of a college coach; Kevin Durant took less money, and top tennis players took more money. Oh, and by the way, the World Series is going on. Jam-packed week…
