Hey guys, welcome to the Daily Dose for Wednesday, June 26th, 2024. I'm traveling the next couple days. Last one here for the week. We're going to talk about stadium funding. On Monday night, the Charlotte City Council approved $650 million to go towards renovations of Bank of America Stadium for the Carolina Panthers, owned by billionaire David Tepper. On Tuesday night, the Jacksonville City Council, approved by a 14-1 vote, $775 million to go towards renovations of Everbank Stadium in Jacksonville.
